Upon arrival, the bifold doors was assessed and the problem was discovered. The bottom roller hinge corner bracket on the main traffic door had snapped. The broken hinge was preventing the bifold doors from closing and causing a security risk.
Unfortunately, these were special order parts. To address the immediate security risk our expert engineers thought on their feet and come up with a temporary remedy. This meant that the doors would be able to be secured and still used in an emergency. This gave us enough time to source the parts and carry out the full repair.
