If you require your pet flap to be installed into a double glazed glass unit in either your door or window this is the process we would follow.
- You would need to purchase the pet flap you would like us to install.
- DWLG would attend your property and measure up for the replacement double glazed glass unit, taking your pet flap away with us too.
- We would then make an order for your glass with the required size hold cut into the glass ready to fit your pet flap. This can take up to 10 days.
- Once the glass is ready we would re-attend your property and install the new glass with pet flap fitted into the area required.
Can you fit my pet flap into the double glazed glass unit I already have there?
No.
WHY?? Because a double glazed unit is a sealed unit that is specially made. This can not be done onsite.
Can you fit my pet flap into my timber door?
